“Squeezy Athletic has changed my life”
Loss of nearly three stone (18.9 Kg.) in just fifteen weeks!

Testimonials

I had dieted and exercised for years in a bid to lose and control my weight. Usually I would shift a stone to a stone and half in around 6 to 9 months, and then the weight loss would stop, I would lose interest and the weight would go back on. I employed a personal trainer to help motivate me, but again when the weight loss slowed I gave up.

At the beginning of September 2007 I weighed in at 18.7 stone (119 Kg.) and I felt totally disillusioned. My trainer saw an advertisement in a cycling magazine for Squeezy Athletic Dietary Food.

I started the Squeezy Diet Plan on the 6th September 2007.

On the 19th of December 2007 I weighed in at 15.73 stone (100.1 Kg.).

I had lost a shade under 3 stone (18.9 Kg.) in 15 weeks - and the weight loss continues.

That’s like taking off a rucksack weighing 42 lbs. Just imagine how good I feel! Squeezy has really changed my life. I can't believe how much food I used to eat unnecessarily.

It’s simple 'calories in and calories out', if you take in more calories than you use, you put on weight. Squeezy Athletic makes calorie reduction simple, convenient, healthy and pleasant. It takes the difficulties out of dieting. If you want to kick start weight loss, and keep the weight coming off, then I strongly recommend using Squeezy Athletic Dietary Food as the best and easiest way.

My tips for best results are:

  • Use the simple instructions and stick to the diet plan.
  • Spread the use of Squeezy dietary food evenly throughout the day.
  • Be sure to keep to good low-calorie food on each fourth day of the plan. Home made vegetable soup works brilliantly for me.
  • Avoid sugar completely. Sugar stops your body from burning fat.
  • Don't train hard or over exercise. Weight loss has far more to do with diet than exercise. Hard exercise makes you tired and hungry – and does not call on the body’s fat stores for energy.
  • Weigh yourself accurately, on the same day and at the same time, once a week – and be very pleasantly surprised.
  • As the pounds come off your motivation will rocket.

“I can hardly believe it”

I’m a keen club cyclist, but have suffered with my weight. Always 2-3 stones overweight, I became well used, for many years, to being ‘fattest bloke on the ride’. Somehow, by January 2006, I had ballooned from my usual 14 stones to just under 16 stones. At 5’11” this was far too much, and cycling was becoming noticeably less enjoyable. Worst of all, I had developed an obvious pair of ‘moobs’ (man boobs) that were uncomfortable when mountain-biking on rough ground. My belly was so large that I could no longer tuck down on the bike and ride ‘on the drops’. Big hills were very hard work. It was at this point that I decided enough was enough. It took me nearly two years of careful eating and regular cycling to get back to 14 stones, but I seemed to plateau, and the steady but gradual weight loss just stopped.

I recently decided to give Squeezy Athletic a try. I followed the ‘three days on, one day off’ diet plan to the letter, with no sugar in my diet at all. I felt a little strange on the first two days, but put this down to coming off sugar and my body adapting to a very different dietary regime. After the initial three day course I had lost four pounds, which was very pleasing! On the ‘day off’ I had a very light breakfast of two slices of toast, my normal Squeezy Athletic portions at 11:00 and 14:00, then a nice meal of mushroom omelet and peas at 18:00. After the second three days of Squeezy Athletic I had lost a further six pounds. A ten pound loss in just one week - I could hardly believe it! In the next two courses the losses were steady, but not so dramatic. However, I had lost a full stone in a little over two weeks, with no hunger, cravings, tiredness, or any other negative effects. By then I had become fully settled with the diet, and felt my usual self completely – if somewhat thinner! People who had not seen me for a couple of weeks said how much fitter I looked. Incredible!!!

So, what about the cycling? I haven’t raced for ten years, but enjoy a hard club run. I regularly lead mountain bike rides for two local clubs. My normal cycling this winter has been a two-hour singlespeed mountain bike ride on a Tuesday night, and a three hour one – or a 40-60 mile road club run – on a Sunday. During my first week of Squeezy Athletic I followed the instructions (and common sense) by having a very light meal, high in carbs, two or three hours before my rides. Cycling felt different, but not really any more difficult. My Sunday ride at the end of the first week was a brisk 38 mile mountain bike ride – so quite tough. I found no problems at all, and although not so frisky at the start, I felt really strong towards the end; and that was on a week-long diet of 850 kcals of Squeezy Athletic per day, with just an additional two slices of toast before the ride. I had expected to ‘blow up’ on this ride, but it didn’t happen.

On the following Tuesday night MTB ride we covered fifteen miles of rolling off-road trails in an hour and a quarter. The friend who I normally ride with commented that I had turned into the ‘Duracell Bunny’. He thinks I’ve become noticeably stronger since starting the Squeezy diet. We had been very evenly matched prior to Squeezy, but on these two rides I was having no trouble opening a significant lead, especially towards the end. Part of this could be due to the weight loss, but I’m still amazed that I can perform as well, if not better than normal, on a diet of less than 1000 kcals per day. In fact, even my ‘day off’ days have probably been less than 1000 kcals.

UPDATE April 2008. Exactly two months after starting the Squeezy diet I had lost 30 lbs (2st 2lbs, 13.6kg.). Mission accomplished! I’ll now use Squeezy Athletic as a dietary supplement, in conjunction with healthy food and plenty of cycling, as a convenient way to calorie control, to make sure the weight stays off for good.

“I dropped a dress size in one week”

I’m not really overweight, but had a bit of flab on my hips and thighs that I wanted to shift. My husband was going on the Squeezy diet, so I thought I’d have a go at losing a few pounds myself. My husband told me the Squeezy diet takes fat and not muscle, which sounds good for me because I only want to lose the fat so that I keep a good shape. I don’t do any exercise at all, and can’t be bothered with going to a gym or anything like that – and as mum to two young kids I’d never get the time anyway. I was pleased to read that Squeezy Athletic has a full range of vitamins and minerals, and that it’s made from natural wholegrain wheat, because I am very health conscious.

I haven’t been hungry at all while using Squeezy. My husband and I devised the following schedule: 45g. Squeezy portions at 8:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00 and 20:00. that gave us each 850 kcal per day, spread nice and evenly. We used pint glasses, to make a whole pint of drink with each 45g portion of powder. This meant we were getting plenty of liquid during the day, and it made a nice, light, refreshing drink. We both had a couple of mugs of hot Marmite drink during the day for something really savory, and I’ve had tea and coffee with no sugar and just a dash of skimmed milk. Hot drinks like this give very few calories and no sugar, so won’t provide any set-backs to the Squeezy diet.

After the first three day course (one tub) I had lost three pounds. The second tub saw another five pounds go. Eight pounds in total! This seems amazing. I’ve never heard of a diet before where you can lose so much so quickly – and stay healthy. Dropping eight pounds in seven days is truly incredible. I wasn’t too sure about the taste at first, as I’m not a big fan of sweet drinks, but I got used to it quickly. I really like it now, and would choose it as a wholesome, refreshing and filling drink anytime. We’ve always just mixed it with water.

For several years I‘ve suffered from the classic symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, such as stomach pains, a bloated feeling, constipation, etc. During the use of Squeezy my symptoms stopped completely! My husband’s previously spectacular flatulence, perhaps the result of twenty-five years of strict vegetarianism, has reverted to very moderate levels since he started the Squeezy diet – greatly improving the atmosphere at home. Squeezy Athletic therefore seems to be very good for the digestion.

The weight has gone from my hips, thighs, waist and tummy. My waist definitely feels much smaller, and I’m now happily wearing size 8 jeans that were far too tight, especially on the thighs, before I used Squeezy Athletic. I don’t really need or want to lose any more weight, but I’ll use Squeezy Athletic as a supplement to calorie control as part of a healthy vegetarian diet. This should be a convenient and healthy way to maintain my target weight. I’m just under 8 ½ stone now, and that’s where I want to stay.

“I’ve lost two and a half stone, easily, and without fuss”

I’m a lady in my sixties. My weight has crept up and up over the years. It recently began to affect my mobility and health. I’m not at all interested in any kind of radical diet, as I really enjoy eating and don’t want my quality of life to suffer in one area just so that I can benefit in another. I suppose I’m one of those people who wants to have her cake and eat it – literally!

My brother told me about Squeezy Athletic. He’s in his seventies and used it to drop 6lb then keep his weight steady and stay fit. He suggested that I might have a go. I was very unsure at first, but he gave me a tub as a present so I thought I’d better give it a try. I’m glad you don’t have to exercise with this diet, so it looked like I could do it. I studied the diet plan and decided to use the Squeezy as a supplement, to keep the calories down and have a healthy fill-in for missing a meal and cutting out daytime snacks. I didn’t want to miss out on my regular evening meal.

Most days I have one bowl of muesli or porridge with semi-skimmed milk for breakfast, a glass of Squeezy Athletic late morning and mid afternoon, then a nice, calorie controlled, meal in the evening. Sometimes I mix the Squeezy with skimmed milk and other times with water. I’ve cut out a lot of snacks, such as cakes and biscuits. The sweet-tasting Squeezy Athletic satisfies my sweet tooth. Eating this way makes me look forward to my evening meal, and really enjoy it to the full. I now get more pleasure from cooking, and spend longer being creative in the kitchen with fresh ingredients, so that every evening meal is really something worthwhile. This has been one of the best aspects of the diet.

Sometimes I have Squeezy Athletic for breakfast, mixed with unsweetened natural yoghurt. This makes a nice, tangy, cereal dish – sort of like a thick, yoghurty milk shake. The sharp yoghurt counters the sweetness of the Squeezy perfectly. This was really nice in the summer, chilled from the fridge, on a warm day. I must admit that I haven’t been too strict with myself. I sometimes have a few days without Squeezy, there have been a few snacks, and I’ve continued to socialize as normal, with the occasional meal out. I have been more careful generally, and avoiding those snacks and sweets has definitely saved me money.

Over the six months I’ve been using Squeezy I’ve lost 2 ½ stone! The drop in weight has been erratic. Some weeks I’ve lost up to 4 pounds, but most weeks it’s been 1 or 2, and a couple of weeks I stayed the same. The weight loss has been good, and I’ve dropped steadily downwards over the months. The Squeezy has allowed me to control my calories without feeling hungry and without special shopping or other complications. My friends and relations have all commented on how good I look, and some of them have now started a Squeezy diet themselves. I’ll keep going with the Squeezy because it’s been no trouble and I’ve seen a really good result so far. I certainly haven’t had to suffer in any way at all. In fact, I think it’s been a very positive change in my life. I’m now a happier, healthier, wealthier person thanks to Squeezy Athletic.
