How much weight will I lose?
If following our Diet Plan advice closely, and calorie controlling properly on each forth day (the ‘day off’ in the plan), we are confident that any man with a BMI of more than 30 should lose around a stone (6.36Kg.) in the first month, and a steady loss will continue until a target weight is reached. Women will also lose weight rapidly, but not quite as quickly as men. This is because a woman’s Basal Metabolic Rate is lower. Whilst we can make no absolute guarantees, many enthusiastic Squeezy Athletic users have reported spectacular successes.

How does it taste – and can the consistency be varied?
Squeezy Athletic is mildly sweet, and has a cereal flavour and texture. It has a very pleasant taste. The 45g portion (x 5 for 850 kcal per day) of powder can be diluted in a pint glass to make a light, refreshing drink. Alternatively it can be diluted with less water to make a ‘shake’. Leaving Squeezy Athletic to stand for fifteen minutes or more after mixing will cause it to thicken and become more ‘shake’ like. Squeezy Athletic can also be mixed with sugar-free low-fat dairy products. Skimmed milk, buttermilk and natural yoghurt will turn Squeezy Athletic into a refreshing dairy dessert. Squeezy Athletic can also be flavoured with food flavouring.

Why should I use Squeezy Athletic as opposed to traditional dieting methods?
Traditional dieting methods can cause unhealthy malnourishment. Squeezy Athletic has been scientifically developed as a ‘whole food’ providing everything you need to stay fit and healthy. It has also been devised to protect muscles and physical performance. Also, it keeps the body nourished in order to avoid negative ‘starvation’ reactions.

Will I feel hungry?
No, not if you keep to the five portions – taken at regular intervals during the day. For instance: 8:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00 and 20:00. Squeezy Athletic provides the necessary nutrition to keep blood-sugar levels balanced and regulated, so that cravings and hunger pangs are avoided. Why is it so important to avoid sugar?
If the body has simple sugars (sucrose, glucose, fructose) to use as fuel it will not make use of its own fat stores for energy. It really is that simple – if you eat sugar you won’t burn fat!

Is there some flexibility in the plan?
Yes, Squeezy Athletic does not have to be used exclusively, and the Diet Plan does not have to be followed to the letter. For weight loss at a slower rate, and for general calorie control for weight maintenance, Squeezy Athletic can be used as a meal replacement, in conjunction with one or two regular calorie controlled meals per day.

I’m just slightly overweight, and have some awkward fat. Will it help me?
Yes, the Squeezy Diet is also effective when the rapid loss of a few pounds is required – for instance when you need to fit into your best dress or suit for a special function, or before a holiday. Squeezy Athletic is used by sports people who need to trim back to their competition weight – often no more than just a few kilos – after a lay-off. Squeezy Athletic is the healthy solution to effective losses of fat, large or small.

Do I need to exercise for Squeezy Athletic to work?
Exercise is important for general good health, and you can continue to exercise if you want, but exercise is not necessary at all for efficient weight loss. Aerobic exercise (gym sessions, running, cycling, etc.) can only use up energy from food consumed recently beforehand. Exercise will not cause or greatly enhance ketosis, the body’s fat burning process. If you are not used to exercise it will make you tired and hungry. This can result in hunger pangs, cravings, lethargy and a lack of motivation – not good when following a diet. When following the Squeezy Diet there is no excess energy that needs to be burned-off, and exercise is therefore not necessary for rapid and substantial weight loss to occur.

Is Squeezy Athletic healthy?
Most certainly! Squeezy Athletic was originally devised as a weight loss food for professional sports people. It is therefore a ‘whole food’ that provides everything the body needs, and protects against muscle degradation. It is fully fortified with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace elements. It is also rich in protein. The base ingredient is natural wholegrain wheat, which has been double fermented by a patented process to remove most of the carbohydrate.

What is the general basis of the Squeezy Diet?
Squeezy Athletic is a ‘Low Carb Low Cal’  (sometimes also known as ‘Low Glycaemic Index’) diet. It is a simple and effective means of calorie control, with a minimum of fat-provoking starch. Low carb? But I thought carbs were good.
Long and medium chain polymer carbohydrates should be the staple of most healthy diets. Bread, pasta and rice are the foundation of nourishment in much of the world’s population because they are rich and efficient sources of sustained energy. Sugars are short chain polymer carbohydrates, and very rich in energy which is quickly absorbed by the body. Consuming too much energy is what makes us fat. Will I put all the weight back on when I return to normal eating?
Squeezy Athletic nourishes the body fully during dieting. The body is therefore far less likely to go into ‘starvation mode’, which can provoke it to make emergency energy stores as fat when regular food is reintroduced. However, any weight problems are solely the result of previous ‘normal eating’ and maintaining a healthy weight is absolutely dependent on effective calorie control. Care is therefore necessary when a target weight has been reached. The successful conclusion of a diet should be the beginning of a new, healthy lifestyle – and an end to previous bad habits. I’m not a sports person. Why should I care about muscle protection?
Your musculature provides form, tone and strength, so there are great benefits in protecting it. Muscle loss can cause fatigue, poor posture and shape, weakness and lethargy. When your body is deprived of calories it uses a process called ketosis to break down its fat stores for energy. This is the basis of all calorie controlled weight loss. However, ketosis will also normally attack other tissues, including muscle protein, for energy.
